Anne Bruce is the lead author of another popular Briefcase Book, Motivating Employees (McGraw-Hill, 1999) and author of the best-selling book, Leaders—Start to Finish: A Road Map for Developing and Training Leaders at All Levels (American Society for Training & Development, 2001).
